The Ultimate Study Abroad Guide
http://www.ultimatestudyabroadguide.com/
No, really it is the ultimate study abroad guide! And, it doesn't matter where you're going this guide is written fairly non-location specific. I'm that guy that doesn't want to get myself into anything without reading into it thoroughly, or at least talking to people that have already "been there done that". This guide fit the bill, and don't be worried that it is 90'ish pages! It's totally worth reading. P.S. - It's a .pdf file not an actual paper book.

The Study Abroad Blog
http://thestudyabroadblog.com/
Nate Nault is the writer of this awesome blog! He has been to a a bunch of different cities and countries (read his "about me"). So, he has some experience. His blog has different topics on everything from "The Girl's Guide To Studying Abroad In Asia" to "2 Suitcases + 1 Year = Study Abroad Packing List", and so many more I want to list here but don't have the space to. Defiantly take the time to read it!

YouTube? Yes, YouTube!
YouTube has actually taught me a lot about studying abroad!
I have found out different tips, tricks for traveling, vlogs (video blogs) of people currently there/already gone, stereotypical to avoid, etc... So here are my favorites:
An American in London - A New York's girl's vlog about studying in London.
    * She covers:culture shock, stereotypes, view questions, some places to visit, and a bunch more
Study Abroad in London - A couple of friends short videos with quick advice

I'll post more awesome videos as I find them!

Re-entry Culture Shock
http://www.aiuniv.edu/Student-Life/Blog/September-2010/Study-Abroad-Prepare-For-Re-Entry-Culture-Shock
I never thought about this, but the culture shock of coming back home could be even more jarring than going abroad! I found out that my school sponsors a day long seminar for returning study abroad and international exchange students to learn how to cope with reintegrating into your home country, and how to document and share your experiences. The link above is from the American Intercontinental University on what re-entry culture shock is and how to cope with it. This is defiantly something I will be looking at.
