Call Me (in China)

My mission for today was to hunt down and compare the many SIM cards available, and I have found that their numbers and differences are many. Before you go on wondering what a SIM card is take a seat and let me enlighten you.

SIM (Subscriber Identity Module)
If you wanna get all in depth and smart about SIMs check this out. Otherwise let me inform you. A SIM card holds who you are, your phone number, your phone book, text messages, and what services you have access to. For example, if you have access to text messaging, using the internet, etc... They can also be swapped between phones when you get a new one, or want to try a friend's phone out.

Q. What kind of phone do I need to use internationally?
A. You need a "world phone"

Q. What's that?
A. Good question. Here's the technical details. But all most people need to know is that a world phone is a phone that is able to talk to the cell towers in most other countries. When cell phones started getting popular there was no standardized technology set so some countries went their own way with their own towers. Before your set on using your own phone check where you bought your phone from or do a quick Google/Bing/Yahoo... search for it and see if you can find if it is or not.
Q. What if I don't have a world phone?
A. You can rent or buy one. Renting might be a good idea if you're where ever for less than a week, but otherwise it's crazy expensive to. If you're international for a week or more check into buying one here at Ekit. They also offer SIM cards, but they are way too expensive. When you pick a phone make sure it will work in the country you plan to visit.
Q. How do I dial internationally? Can you explain?
A. No I can't really explain but this is how--> right here.

With all of that technical junk out of the way it's time to choose your SIM card provider. The good news is that I've already done all of the hunting for you as I mentioned at the beginning. After searching over the 'interwebs' I've narrowed it down to two options...
